What inspires me to work here: Being a hair colorist goes beyond just working with hair; it's about forging personal connections with your clients. It involves supporting them through life's ups and downs and celebrating their successes! It's about helping both ladies and gentlemen in your chair discover their inner and outer beauty. This profession encourages personal and artistic growth, and the Beauty Industry is unique in that at the end of the day, you have the power to make someone look and feel like a movie star. You help a woman feel as beautiful as she envisioned her Malibu Barbie, while you yourself feel like Wonder Woman. Honestly, I think that's pretty incredible!

Why I do what I do: When you are truly passionate about your work, as I am, it transcends the boundaries of what typically feels like work. Of course, there will be days when the challenges are more pronounced — whether it's the physical strain of standing all day or the meticulous task of correcting a color mishap due to a box dye or the emotional aftermath of a client's tough breakup. Yet, at the heart of it all, pursuing your dream and following your passion transforms these challenges into rewarding experiences, making it feel less like work and more like a fulfilling journey.

Favorite hair tool: My fine-tooth foiling combs.

Outside Passions: My four Pomeranians — Ricky Bobby, Ron Burgundy, Little Bear, and Mrs. Puffs — are my pride and joy! I wholeheartedly embrace the title of a crazy dog lady! I hold a special passion for rescuing senior dogs. Whether they spend six months or six years with me, my goal is to provide them with the best life imaginable. They truly deserve it!

And Diet Pepsi. I‘m also obsessed with Diet Pepsi. 😉

What inspires me: My coworkers - they are family! They are exceptionally talented and always supportive. I can't picture being surrounded by a better group of individuals.

Favorite book, movie or song: “All The Gallant Men”, Donald Stratton. It’s a book about survivors of the attack at Pearl Harbor.
