What inspires me to work here: Despite being the salon founder, I am still inspired to work here among such talented people. Everyone, while being individuals, shares a common passion to help others and to make a difference. It’s the kind of difference that making a client feel gorgeous can have on that person, and on those around her.

Why I do what I do: Because when I’ve helped someone to feel and look her best, I believe I’ve contributed to a greater good. The energy generated by one person feeling gorgeous, fuels many, including me.

Favorite hair tool: My ears. While I love my tools, my clients and I value my ability to listen. I make absolutely certain to hear and understand exactly their words and what they want.

Latest accomplishment: Becoming the person I want to be. I’ve learned how to fit together the values my grandmother taught me with my own family, and how to use my profession to assist others. Together, those accomplishments have helped me define my identity and give it greater purpose.

Outside passions: Whether it’s a backyard bbq or traveling together, I’m passionate about anything that allows me to connect with my wife and three amazing daughters.
