CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the services booked, and any cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% charge.

We also wanted to kindly remind you that no dogs are allowed in the salon unless it is a certified service animal. We ask that documentation is provided for service animals. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for everyone.

If you are driving to our salon, we offer valet parking for your convenience. The service is available in front of our building on Rush street for $16 a day.
