CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please make any appointment cancellations or reschedules more than 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation or reschedule request occurs within 24 hours you agree to pay a fee of 50% of the scheduled services. If a cancellation or reschedule request occurs within 4 hours, you agree to pay a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled services.

ADJUSTMENTS

If for any reason you are unhappy with your service, we would love to have you come back in to adjust it. There is a 2 week time limit to schedule an adjustment on a cut or color service.

VALET

Valet is offered at 945 N Rush Street at the rate of $16 for the day.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

You may return retail products to salon within 14 days of purchase.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

DOGS

We love dogs and cherish them as much as our clients do! Unfortunately, due to a portion of our clients having severe allergies to dogs, we are no longer able to allow dogs into the salon.
